Refund policy: Full refunds are available up to two weeks prior to the start date of an individual session. We will offer a 50% refund if you cancel within two weeks of the start date. No refunds will be offered for no shows. You can defer your payment to another session if you make the change two weeks prior to the original start date.  To request a refund email clinic@ifsmed.com.

Participation policy: You must check in and be present to receive CME credits. Certificates will be emailed after completion of each session.

To qualify for student pricing, students must bring a valid student ID to registration.
